กาแฟเอธิโอเปีย จากพื้นที่ปลูกในแคว้น Sidama ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่สูงกว่า 1,900–2,200 เมตรจากระดับน้ำทะเล อากาศเย็นตลอดปี ทำให้เชอร์รี่กาแฟสุกช้า สะสมความหวานได้มาก ส่งผลให้เมล็ดกาแฟมีรสชาติที่สดใสและมีกลิ่นหอมเป็นเอกลักษณ์
เมล็ดล็อตนี้ผ่านกระบวนการ Washed Process หรือการแปรรูปแบบล้าง ทำให้รสชาติสะอาด (Clean Cup) ความเปรี้ยวมีความสดใสและชัดเจน พร้อมความหวานที่นุ่มนวล

Grown in the Sidama Highlands at elevations of 1,900–2,200 meters above sea level, where the cool climate allows coffee cherries to ripen slowly, developing natural sweetness and a vibrant, distinctive flavor.
This lot is processed using the Washed Process, resulting in a clean, crisp cup with bright acidity and a smooth, balanced sweetness.
