Sharing what we know 👨🍳🎓

Late last week we were delighted to welcome students from Far Eastern University back into our kitchen for another hands-on workshop. Chef Chris walked them through professional techniques, answered their questions, and shared stories from his years cooking in the UK, France and aboard private yachts around the world.
Days like this are some of our favourites. Passing on real kitchen knowledge to the next generation of hospitality professionals is something we genuinely care about 🌿
And it's not just for students — we host cooking sessions for all kinds of groups:
🍷 Evening Team Building — cook together, glass of wine in hand, and finish with a dinner you've all made yourselves. Ideal for work teams or groups of friends.
👨🍳 Cooking Classes — small groups, hands-on, learning the techniques behind the dishes rather than just following a recipe.
🎂 Private Sessions — birthdays, celebrations, or any group after something a little different.
You choose the menu, we'll build the session around it. Get in touch and we'll find a date 🙌
A big thank you to everyone who joined us for Sunday Roast yesterday — it was a full house, and sadly we had to turn a few people away at the door. We really hate doing that, so please do book ahead if you're planning to come 🙏

ช่วงปลายสัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา เรายินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ได้ต้อนรับคณะนักศึกษาจาก Far Eastern University กลับมาร่วมเวิร์กช็อปในครัวของเราอีกครั้งครับ เชฟคริสได้ถ่ายทอดเทคนิคการทำอาหารระดับมืออาชีพ ตอบคำถามน้อง ๆ และแบ่งปันประสบการณ์จากการทำงานในอังกฤษ ฝรั่งเศส และบนเรือยอชต์ส่วนตัวทั่วโลก
วันแบบนี้เป็นวันที่เรารักมากครับ การได้ส่งต่อความรู้จริงจากครัวสู่บุคลากรรุ่นใหม่ในสายงานบริการ คือสิ่งที่เราให้ความสำคัญเสมอ 🌿
และไม่ได้มีแค่สำหรับนักศึกษาเท่านั้นครับ — เราเปิดสอนและจัดกิจกรรมสำหรับทุกกลุ่ม:
🍷 Evening Team Building — ทำอาหารด้วยกัน พร้อมไวน์สักแก้ว และปิดท้ายด้วยมื้อค่ำที่ทุกคนลงมือทำเอง เหมาะสำหรับทีมงานบริษัทหรือกลุ่มเพื่อน
👨🍳 คลาสเรียนทำอาหาร — กลุ่มเล็ก ได้ลงมือทำจริง เรียนรู้เทคนิคเบื้องหลังแต่ละจาน ไม่ใช่แค่ทำตามสูตร
🎂 คลาสส่วนตัว — สำหรับวันเกิด งานฉลอง หรือกลุ่มที่อยากลองอะไรใหม่ ๆ ด้วยกัน
เลือกเมนูได้ตามใจ แล้วเราจะจัดคลาสให้เหมาะกับคุณครับ ทักมาคุยกันได้เลย 🙌
