Thank you very much everyone who has put their orders in. This is now closed. The sausages will be ready for picking up from Monday 12
between 10am and 4pm. It is 560 baht a kilo. The next order will be ready on the folowing Monday. I am pleased to say that I have found someone who can supply me certified organic pork. It is more expensive! The price will be increased by 25 baht a kilo.

Life after 9 Moo 9
Seeing very nice fresh looking leeks at the Roysl Project the other day reminded me the three kilos of leeks and pork sausages I had promised to make for a customer. Needed to do ten kolos to make it worthwhile. Put a few words out 11 kilos were gone.
Will make another 10 kilos next week if anyone would like some. Minimum order is one kilo.

It is with my sadness to tell everyone of my decision to close 9 Moo 9 Cafe' & Gallery. We served our customers for the last time yesterday(Sunday). The cafe was busy and buzzing as usual. It was the hardest thing to do to keep everything as normal as possible knowing the doors of 9 Moo 9 were to be closed for the last time.
I shall miss the cooking terribly but I shall miss the coversations and laughters even more. Thank you for your trust, your love and support over the 7 years. Thank you for liking my food,our cafe and gallery and our garden. You have also been kind to our staffs,Keng who will continue being with me and Ploy whose baby is due any day now. Thank you. Thank you for loving our dogs,Kofi and Maxi who, no doubt for a little while, will continue waiting to greet you at the gate and taking you to your tables.
If you ever come out this way please give me a shout. We can have a cup of tea. I shall be around, hopefully in my studio this time, not the kitchen. Bye for now. SiripanX

The Last Straw mini concert went well. We all shared the concern of the unnecessary use of plastic straws and the huge number of plastic bags used in super markets and everywhere here in Chiangmai. Hopefully through this kind of efforts and activities more people will do something about these problems. Thank you, the musicians, and everyone who came today especial people who brought their own glasses.

Last but not least.
The Last Straw mini concert is coming to play here on Thursday 18th January at 1pm. This is part of an on going campaign effort to get people to stop using straws and plastic. Many coffee shops and restaurants in Chiangmai have joined the Last Straw campaign. Glad to say we are one of them.
Thankyou Por of North Gate Jazz along with other young people and musicians who have been involved in the campaign. So come along and listen to their music. Bring your own glass and you will get a FREE PUNCH ....fruit punch that is.
The cafe will operate as normal.

Have a wonderful holiday everyone. The cafe has kept everyone busy so belated Merry Christmas and the very best wishes for the New Year from all of us. That includes Kofi and Max. The cafe is closed and will be opened again on January the11th. Meanwhile take care and keep warm. See you soon.
