The architectural plan was a joint effort between the owner, Noi Tevis and a local Architect/Designer. The beautiful design, which was finally completed in 2010, makes the building a notable Chiang Mai landmark and is lovingly named after Noi's son, Dashiell, due to the fact that the property itself has been in the family for many generations. After living for many years in the United States where

she was educated, Noi returned to her hometown of Chiang Mai to share her greatest love and passion, great cooking and delicious food.
