Being an animal lover, she made a commitment to stop eating animals in 1997 when she observed first-hand how our animal friends with whom we share the planet were being raised merely to be slaughtered a few months later. Nan has a colourful history of creating great food in successful restaurants. She operated her first Thai restaurant in Australia from 2003 to 2008. She returned to Chiang Mai to open the original “Taste from Heaven” on Thapae road in 2008 which then relocated to Ratmakka Road in April 2014. Now she launched a progressive new venture with a 100 percent vegan restaurant, “Vegan Heaven” on Loi Kroh Road. “Vegan Heaven” offers an extensive array of Thai and Western items that people from all over the world can enjoy. Her dedication to quality has always remained strong. Nan created her menu to present unique home-cooked vegan food tailored to each patron’s taste. Her vision has been guided by her commitment to spreading the message of compassion to all beings through her delicious meals.
