Visiting Chiang Mai, Thailand and craving baked cheese? Then check out Anne's Pizza in the Old City. Anne spent years living in Chicago and has brought back the delicious techniques underpinning Chicago Deep Dish pizza. The prices are super reasonable; all sauces and even condiments such as chili pepper sauce and flavored oils are homemade, and the crust is exactly as it should be: flakey layers of buttery joy! But the best part is Anne's contagious passion for her pizzas and the warm welcome that guests receive. They also offer whole wheat and gluten-free crust (for their new York style pizzas). We'll definitely be back the next time the need for cheese beckons!

Chicago Deep Dish by the slice every day. Pick from classic tomato sauce or Thai sweet basil pesto, butter or garlic butter crust, vegan and gluten free on request, with absolutely no bad choices. ❤✨
