March 2026 Update

Low season prices starting from March 10. Small room 8,000/month or 3,000/week. Big room 10,000/month or 4,000/week.

We are now accepting bookings for our homestay for the high season (December to March). All of our rooms are now available to book on Airbnb.

You can contact us directly for monthly or weekly bookings. Please check the availability calender on Airbnb first to confirm the room you want to book is available.

Prices for direct bookings:

The big room 15,000/month or 5,000/week. The small rooms are 12,000/month or 4,000/week. Electricity is charged extra at 5 baht/unit. Water, drinking water, WiFi, and weekly room cleaning are included for free.

Process for direct bookings:

To confirm a booking we require a deposit of 5,000 baht. You can pay by cash in person at our restaurant or by transfer to our Thai bank account (you can use Wise to make the transfer if you don't have a Thai bank account). The deposit will be returned when you check out after deducting the electricity fee. All bookings are final. The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.

1. All of our rooms are fully booked right now. If there is a room available to rent in the future then it will be posted here.

We are now available on Grab and Tuk for delivery. Tuk is good for small restaurants like ours because the fee charged to merchants is more reasonable. However, their Android app is not good from my experience so far. I heard the iPhone version works better. Does anyone here use Tuk? I'm interested to hear your opinion of it.
