Hello Big Trouble family, thank you all so much for supporting BT in our opening months. Your love means the world to us.

It is with heavy hearts that we share we are closing our storefront. It’s not a goodbye, just a see you later.

We are restructuring our business model, and looking to expand into a bigger space that will allow us to host the brunch experience that we are truly dreaming of.

You can still get your Chef Fuji fix from his Meal Plan, where he delivers fresh food to your doorstep every week. Contact him now to get your fill!

Also, you can catch us at pop-ups around town, so keep an eye out for announcements.

If you want to get one final Bad Dad Salad or Big Stack, come by on Friday between 8AM-4PM for our last day of operation.

We truly appreciate everyone’s support over the past few months. We couldn’t have asked for a better community to build our dream restaurant. Keep an eye out for all that’s to come in the future. Thank you all, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and more life 🙏

Back by popular demand, we are bringing back Chef Fuji's signature 'Pho-rrito' to the Big Trubbz Menu.

We Take your favourite Vietnamese Pho and a classic Burrito and smash it together, minus the broth of course. Fully equipped with all the amazing healthy goodies inside and served with our in-house hoisin and Sriracha sauce. This fused handheld dish will not disappoint..Ask our staff for details.

We will also be serving this.goodie at the Wildside Christmas Market on December 9th and 10th.
