Some mornings arrive heavier than others. The rain has not quite let up, the kettle takes its time, and the day asks for more than we feel we have to give.

It's okay to not be okay. We put those words on this bag because they are worth hearing often, and they are easier to say over something warm.

Every bag of Mosaic Brew supports efforts to prevent su***de through education and awareness. All proceeds go toward creating safe spaces and informed communities where mental health is prioritised.

The beans are 100% organic, grown in the highlands of Northern Thailand by Akha farming families and roasted in small batches here in Chiang Mai. Care at every step is a small thing, and it is also the whole point.

Everyone has a small secret. Ours is that the second cup is often better than the first. By then the mind has caught up, the morning has softened, and there is time to actually taste what is in the cup. Mosaic Café was made for this kind of slowness. The coffee we pour begins with Akha farming families in the highlands of Northern Thailand, grown under shade and picked by hand. The room itself exists because of a larger work: fair wages, dignified employment, and space for people to begin again. The words on our walls say it plainly. This is just a chapter, not the whole story.

There's a wall in our café covered in small handwritten notes, and it might be our favourite thing in the building.

It's our gratitude wall. People stop, write down something they're thankful for, and pin it up for the next person to find. Some notes are funny, some are quiet, and a few have stopped us in our tracks. It's a lovely thing to read while you wait for your coffee.

Gratitude fits this place. Mosaic is built around fair work and people who've been given a real chance, and we're thankful every day for everyone who walks through the door and makes that possible.

Hello Sunday.

Some days are for making, and some are for letting things settle. Today our doors stay closed, and up in the northern hills the rain keeps doing its slow work on next season's coffee.

Everything on our shelves carries the hours of someone who made it with care, from the Akha families who grow Mosaic Brew to the makers stitching at Thrive. Rest belongs to that work too. We hope your Sunday holds a little of it.
