We had a great time last night hosting Assumption College โรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญ (บางรัก) Football Team’s event! We decided to give them a variety of tasty dishes ranging from 30 Day Dry Aged Rump, Grilled Chicken, Pineapple Curry and much more! 👨🏼‍🍳

Bangkok Bistro Riverside is looking for a motivated (Thai) chef to lead our kitchen team and lead our cooking classes.

REQUIRMENTS:

- TEACH OUR CUSTOMERS THAI DISHES
- Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
- Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
- Approve and “polish” dishes before they reach the customer
- Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages
- Arrange for repairs when necessary
- Remedy any problems or defects
- Be fully in charge of hiring, managing and training kitchen staff
- Oversee the work of subordinates
- Estimate the staff’s workload and compensations
- Maintain records of payroll and attendance
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-coworkers

This morning, we had a lot of fun creating a cooking class game for our tour group from Austria.

We decided to split the group into 3 teams and challenge them to cook Pad Thai, Som Tom & Tom Yum Goong. The chef would show them how to create the dishes first and after, judges would taste their dishes and reward the groups on a point system.

The winners and runners up received a prize of course!

We provide fun and exciting interactive experiences for all our guests.
