Position: Front of House Manager / Brand Operations Lead
Position Requirements:
1. Thai nationals are preferred.
2. Fluency in Thai and English, Mandarin is a plus.

About the Brand
We are a premium American-style BBQ & Smokehouse restaurant in Bangkok, focusing on low & slow smoked meats, craftsmanship, and a refined yet welcoming dining experience.
Our customers include expatriates, professionals, and the golf & international school communities.
We are building a long-term brand, not just a restaurant. This role is designed for someone who wants to own the front-of-house operation and be part of the brand’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front-of-House Operations
• Fully responsible for daily front-of-house operations, including service flow, staff scheduling, floor management, and guest experience.
• Establish, implement, and continuously improve FOH SOPs, service standards, and training systems.
• Ensure consistent service quality during both peak and off-peak hours.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service ex*****on.
2. Team Leadership & Training
• Recruit, train, and manage front-of-house staff.
• Build a disciplined, motivated, and guest-focused service team.
• Conduct regular training, performance evaluations, and on-floor coaching.
• Create a positive, professional working culture.
3. Brand Presentation & Guest Experience
• Ensure that service style, communication, and overall atmosphere reflect the restaurant’s premium American BBQ brand identity.
• Guide staff in telling the story of our food, smoking process, and ingredients.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and turn feedback into service improvements.
4. Brand Promotion & Customer Growth
• Lead and execute basic brand promotion efforts, including social media content coordination (what to post, when, and how).
• Develop customer retention initiatives such as memberships, loyalty programs, or community engagement.
• Work with ownership on promotional campaigns, tasting events, and special activations.
• Convert first-time guests into repeat customers.
5. Performance & Reporting
• Monitor front-of-house performance metrics including service quality, guest satisfaction, table turnover, and staff efficiency.
• Provide regular feedback and improvement plans to ownership.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience as a Front of House Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role in premium casual or upscale restaurants.
• Strong understanding of front-of-house operations, service systems, and guest experience management.
• Leadership mindset with the ability to train, motivate, and manage teams.
• Good sense of branding, presentation, and customer communication.
• Comfortable working in an international environment and communicating in English.
• Ability to handle pressure, solve problems quickly, and take ownership of results.
• Passion for hospitality and long-term career growth.
