A closer look to how we approach the classic 𝐊𝐡𝐚𝐨 𝐒𝐨𝐢 - an essential Northern Thai dish and a reflection of diverse cultures. While remaining true to its authentic taste, we reimagine the Khao Soi into a shape of Raviolo, just like how they make it in the Northern Italian region of Emilia-Romagna. Here, we aim for a full-on burst of curry-rich flavour, balanced with the bright, tangy notes of picked accents. We dare say, this is one of IT dishes that we have made throughout the years.
