transforming them into the wisdom of Thai cuisine.
Seasonal ingredients are thoughtfully sourced from across the country,
embraced by traditional techniques fermentation, preservation, and careful preparation to create flavors of depth and meaning.
Here, the simplicity of home kitchens intertwines with the refinement of royal cuisine, forming a delicate balance between authenticity and elegance in every dish we present.

เรือนแห่งนี้ถือกำเนิดจากแรงบันดาลใจของ “𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐢𝐚𝐦”
ที่ซึ่งผืนดิน สายน้ำ และฤดูกาล หลอมรวมเป็นภูมิปัญญาแห่งอาหารไทย วัตถุดิบตามฤดูกาลจากทั่วแผ่นดิน ถูกคัดสรรอย่างพิถีพิถัน ผ่านกรรมวิธีดั้งเดิม การหมัก การดอง การถนอมอาหาร เพื่อรังสรรค์รสชาติที่ลุ่มลึกและทรงคุณค่า
