🌮🔥 Chorizo Tacos with Bacon Chicharrón

They may look simple, but there’s a lot going on behind the scenes.

We cure skin-on pork belly for 7 days to make our bacon. The leftover skin is then dry-aged for 2 days, oven-cooked, and deep-fried until perfectly crisp.

Then we pile that bacon chicharrón onto spicy chorizo tacos for a bite that’s smoky, crispy, rich, and seriously satisfying. 🐷🌶️

We don’t always mention all the work that goes into it…

But that’s okay. You’re worth it. 😎

🌯🔥 The Wet Burrito - some burritos deserve to be covered in even more goodness.
Smothered in enchilada sauce and melted cheese, then topped with sour cream, guacamole, and fresh pico de gallo. Messy, loaded, and absolutely worth it. 😎
