What is the Natural Process?

Natural process coffee is made by drying the coffee beans inside the whole cherry before removing the fruit layer.

This method allows the beans to absorb more sweetness and fruit character from the cherry, creating a cup that is:
• Sweeter
• Fruitier
• Fuller-bodied

At Aribica, we love natural process coffees for their juicy and vibrant flavor profiles.
