We had the pleasure of welcoming Chef Rodolfo Guzmán of Boragó into our kitchen. Together, we created a menu that brought Chilean cuisine and Thai perspectives into dialogue — highlighting native ingredients and a shared respect for our landscapes.

While our home undergoes renovation (May–August 2026), we’re searching for a temporary venue in the city — a place to continue cooking, sharing, and staying connected with our community. We’re also excited to explore a more casual concept during this period.

Cafés, bars, creative spaces, community malls, and more — we’re open to different formats. If you have a plug-and-play venue or a lead, we’d love to hear from you.
