Coffee Christmas & Happy New Year
เทศกาลคริสต์มาสและปีใหม่ปีนี้ เราได้จัดเตรียมกาแฟชุดพิเศษที่หาชิมได้ยากที่สุดมาให้ได้ชิมกัน
เริ่มต้นด้วย กาแฟซีรีย์ Jewel Series ของพี่เอก สุวรรณโณ เกษตรกรและนักโปรเซสจาก The First Valley Coffee Academy ที่มีเป้าหมายในการผลิตกาแฟเพื่อเป็น Thai Specialty Coffee ที่มีคุณภาพสูงทั้งรสชาติและกระบวนการผลิต
เราเตรียมไว้ให้ครบชุด ตั้งแต่
Red Diamon, Taste Notes: Purple passion fruit, Pink Guava, Strawberry Yoghurt
Pink Sapphire, Taste Notes: Mango, Cape Goosberry, Strawberry, Cacao, Coconut butter
Moonstone, Taste Notes: White Flora, Pineapple, Lychee, Rose
Black Pearl, Taste Notes: Cacoa, Red Apple, Grape fruit peel, Pineapple, Guava
Golden Sapphire, Taste Notes: Cape Goosberry, Vanilla, Strawberry, Coconut
ใครยังไม่เคยลิ้มลองกาแฟ Specialty Thai Coffee ที่ให้รสชาติผลไม้เด่นชัด แบบไม่ต้องเดา ไม่ควรพลาดอย่างยิ่ง
เรายังมี Reserved Collection ผลงานจากนักโปรเซสกาแฟรุ่นใหม่ จาก Cherdpong Village ที่ได้ COE Thailand Rank 4 Producer มาให้ลองชิมกัน 3 รสชาติ
ตัวแรกเป็น เมล็ดกาแฟจาก บ้านปางขอน จากเกษตรกรอายอง มาผ่านกระบวนการ Sriracha process ที่ออกแบบโดยทีมCherdpong Village เป็นกาแฟที่ได้คะแนน 88 ได้ลำดับที่ 3 ในรายการ Thailand Green Coffee Grading 2023 by CQI (Aroma of purple grape with strawberry and blueburry sweet dried fruit flavor, Juicy and long sweet aftertaste)
ตัวต่อมาเป็น เมล็ดกาแฟจาก แม่จันใต้ จากเกษตรกรอนุสอน จือปา มาผ่านกระบวนการ Single Native Microbes Method ที่ออกแบบโดยทีม Cherdpong Village เป็นกาแฟที่ถูกใช้ในรายการ COE Competition Rank 4 2023 (Aroma of Flora and Muscat with passion fruit jam, tropical fruit bowl, full body with long sweet juicy aftertaste)
และตัวสุดท้ายในเซตนี้เป็นเมล็ดกาแฟจากเกษตรกร แห่งห้วยน้ำกืน จ.เชียงราย ที่ผ่านกระบวนการโพรเซสแบบ Single Native Microbes Method เป็นกาแฟที่ถูกใช้ในรายการ COE Competition Rank 4 2023 เช่นกัน (Aroma of Hazelnut and Apicot with orange, honey dew, white tea, honey lemon tea flavor complex sweetness aftertaste)
ปิดท้ายด้วย Fine Robusta ที่จะทำให้เราลืมความทรงจำแย่ๆ ที่เคยมีกับกาแฟโรบัสต้าไปเลย
เริ่มต้นด้วย กาแฟโรบัสต้าที่ได้ลำดับ 3 จากเวที Thailand Coffee Excellent 2022 ด้วย Cupping Score 83.30 Tastenotes: Tropical Fruit, Berry, Sweetnest Aftertaste
Spring Vibes ที่ให้ Tastenotes: Flora, Spice, Herb, Caramel Berry, Stone fruit
ปิดท้ายด้วย Robusta Honey ด้วย Tastenotes: Fruity, Berry, Cherry, Honey
เป็น Fine Robusta ที่ยืนหยัดชนกับกาแฟ Arabica Specialty Coffee ได้แบบไม่ต้องมีแต้มต่อจริงๆ
