**นโยบายการยกเลิกการจองร้าน Tama Sushi**
1. ทางร้านจะโทรคอนเฟิร์มลูกค้า 3 วันล่วงหน้าก่อนวันจองทุกครั้ง กรณีติดต่อลูกค้าไม่ได้ ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ถือว่าลูกค้ายกเลิกการจอง
2. หลังจากโทรคอนเฟิร์มลูกค้า 3 วันล่วงหน้าเรียบร้อยแล้ว หากลูกค้ายกเลิกการจองภายหลังจากคอนเฟิร์ม ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์คิด Cancellation fee 50%
3. หากลูกค้ายกเลิกการจองในวันจริง ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์คิด Cancellation fee 100% เต็ม
4. Cancellation fee ถือเป็นค่าปรับกรณีลูกค้ายกเลิกการจอง เพราะฉะนั้น ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่เสิร์ฟอาหารในส่วนของลูกค้าที่ยกเลิกการจอง และต้องจ่าย cancellation fee ให้กับทางร้านไม่ว่ากรณีใดทั้งสิ้น
**Tama Sushi Reservation Cancellation Policy**
1. In case we cannot contact customers to confirm, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
2. After confirming 3 days in advance, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% in case there is any changes to the reservation.
3. After confirming 3 days in advance, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% in case you wish to cancel your reservation on the reserved date.
4.Cancellation fee is considered as a fine for canceling the reservation less than 3 days; therefore, we reserve the right to not serve the dishes prepared for the cancelled guests. Cancellation fee will be charged in any circumstances.
**Tama Sushi Reservation Cancellation Policy**
１。ご来店の日の3日前に予約の確認の電話をいたします。そこで確認が出来ない場合はキャンセルになります。締切は3日前の6PMまでとさせて頂きます。 (当日、国内にいない、又は忙しくて返信が出来ない場合は事前にご連絡下さい)
２。３日前の電話でコンファームした後にキャンセルすると５０％のキャンセルチャージを頂きます。
３。当日のキャンセルは１００％チャージを頂きます。
４。キャンセルチャージは、キャンセルに対してのチャージなので、キャンセルした方の料理は提供されません。(キャンセルされた席に、新しいお客様が来られても、キャンセルチャージは発生します。) 以上、ご了承の上、ご予約下さい。
