The Reality of Hospitality: A Marathon, Not a Sprint 🏡

Many assume running a hotel is all about glamour and quick wins. In truth, it’s a long game built on patience and steady accumulation.

As manager of The Cottage Suvarnabhumi, I’m incredibly optimistic about Thai tourism. With Suvarnabhumi Airport bustling, we’re currently preparing to launch our second hotel project.

While our original site is a straightforward, budget-friendly 3-star property, the second will step things up as a 4-star establishment. Located just down the same alley, it’ll bring a more modern architectural edge, proper amenities, and upgraded rooms—whilst keeping the exact same standard of service you already trust.

But why expand now? It’s not just about the bottom line; it’s about our people.

In the past, we’ve lost brilliant staff simply because a single hotel couldn’t offer them a proper career path. This second project changes that, opening up genuine opportunities for our team to progress alongside the business.
