Luka Bangkok A relaxed cafe emphasising good food, coffee, tea and great ambiance. But if you think greasy diner food, you could not be further from the mark.

Luka is the ultimate neighborhood café, with everything perfectly complementing each other to create a place of culinary and mental comfort, all seemingly without effort. Luka’s food veers towards the nostalgic: burritos, meatballs, chunky salads, and baked goods. Luka’s western comfort dishes are made with the finest local and sustainable ingredients, by hand and from scratch, with flavors and fr

eshness shining like spotlights. Coffee is meticulously curated and brewed to order by the coffee-fanatic partner, while tea is also blended and brewed in-house by another tea-devotee owner. Luka serves the sort of thing you jump out of bed for, or reward yourself after a satisfyingly productive day of work. Housed in a 50s shophouse owned by 4 siblings, Luka’s home has seen multiple transformations over the years. In the most recent though, walls were knocked down, but stairs connecting 4 floors remain, so the feel is that of a beehive, busy with staff and customers running up and down in productivity and breathless awe of the warm, eclectic décor. As one looks up and down the neighborhood on Pan road, towards the devotees at the beloved Hindu temple on one end, the Myanmarese immigrants in front of their embassy on the other, the bohemian gallery, Ayurvedic retreat, the Iranian and Indian restaurants in between, Luka thumps softly with a palpable beat of a cool place you never want to leave.

We’re excited to share that Home of Grace – Community Store will be hosting a pop-up shop upstairs at Luka Restaurant in Sathorn on Saturday 31 January.

This will be a curated edit of some of our favourite pre-loved finds — including women’s clothing, accessories and selected kids’ & babies pieces. Thoughtfully chosen, beautifully presented, and all with a second life to give.

This pop-up is a wonderful chance to introduce what we do to new faces in a much-loved part of the city.

🗓 Saturday 31 January
📍 Upstairs at Luka Restaurant

In conjunction with Children’s Day, we are doing a charity drive collecting much needed items (and donations).

Luka’s 𝑳𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒍𝒆 𝑨𝒄𝒕𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑲𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 collection of stationary, books, toys and donations to go to Ban Nhongku School in the village in Srisaket province where we buy our rice and roselle.

We are also accepting donations of basic pet accessories and food for Jai Dog Rescue, luka’s chosen charity.

100% of all donations and donated items go directly to both organisations
