There's a difference between a dish you put on the menu and a dish that belongs on the menu. This strawberry halloumi salad belongs. It started as an obsession with one ingredient and grew into something we're genuinely proud of.

Lebanese halloumi with that perfect gold crust, fresh strawberries, roasted almonds, baby spinach, and a pomegranate molasses dressing that makes everything make sense.
