At the heart of the menu: Wagyu, a signature at Riva del Fiume, now presented in rare cuts rarely seen outside Australia.
Enhanced with aromatic truffles from Truffle Hill, sourced by our trusted partners at Verduno, each dish is a celebration of smoke, seasonality, and world-class craft.
