my new project is coffee pairing with tapas or tasting menu. many restaurant or chef table pairing the food with wine,juice or kombucha.

I think coffee like a wine it have taste note or flavor. today coffee have many proses. such as Infuse or coffee roasting. the roasting have many level ex. light,medium,dark,when them have different processes it have a new taste.

I think them can pairing with food,maybe it not espresso shot.but we use the different coffee extraction ex. cold brew , filter pour-over or syphon.

Maybe 1 year or 2 year you will come to 'pant.able' to test my project ❤️
