Award winning pizzeria in SE Asia looking forward a reliable, professional and experienced pizzaiolo to manage and operate a pizzeria. This is a very unique opportunity for a well qualified candidate that can manage a natural leavening dough process, a core aspect of the pizzeria, as well as the managing staff and providing customers the highest level of hospitality, on a daily basis. You must have experience to have an opportunity to be successful in this role. If you do not have experience; please do not apply.

Some of the daily duties include;
Managing orders for food & beverage
Managing staff
Making natural leavened dough making daily
Daily prep of ingredients
Making pizza (prepare and bake)
Talking to and providing hospitality to all customers
Ensuring a clean and safe working environment
Checking and managing ingredients
Creating special pizzas weekly
Working with suppliers on orders and new products
Handling social media posts

This role is located in a large metropolitan city in SE Asia and would require a contractual commitment and relocation. The business is healthy and has a large following with a great opportunity for growth. The owners are involved and are looking for the right partner that can take over the daily operation and take the pizzeria to the next level of growth.

A remuneration package of salary with business equity would be available for an experienced and focused professional, along with paid holidays and annual leave.

One of our favorites, the Buffalo cheese. 100% Bufula mozzarella DOP, Sicilian coastal extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, garlic and Murray river sea salt, on top of naturally leavened dough. Absolutely ZERO yeast, this is a natural sourdough starter. Can't call it sourdough or say it's natural when you're using industrial made yeast (no matter how long you ferment). This is the real deal. thank you for the support!
