Baan Lang Suan was inspired by Khun Beer’s grandmother, who shaped his life and passed down the knowledge behind our dishes.

Many guests notice Chinese influences in our menu and tableware. This reflects Khun Beer’s grandmother, who came from mainland China. Over generations, her way of life blended naturally with Thai traditions, forming a heritage that continues today.

Though she is no longer with us, what she left behind lives on through Khun Beer today. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who continues to be part of Baan Lang Suan.

At Baan Lang Suan, we proudly serve “Som Rangsit orange juice", a rare and local variety of Thai mandarin. This special fruit is a descendant of the original Bang Mot tangerine and has been cultivated in the fertile soil of Rangsit, Pathum Thani since 1968. It is known for its naturally sweet and slightly tangy flavor, with a juicy texture that reflects the charm of Thai-grown produce.

Each glass is freshly squeezed with care. We never use concentrate, sugar, or artificial flavoring. Just the pure taste of Thai oranges, fresh from the garden.

Many guests, especially from overseas, often think it’s boxed juice at first sip. But this is the real thing, grown organically and lovingly harvested from a small orchard in Pathum Thani.
