We originally made our house-made sai oua patty for the Thai Croque Madame, but it was too good to keep to just one dish!

So when we were doing our R&D for Chidlom, we decided to find another way to use the patty and that’s how the new “Sai Oua Breakfast Wrap” was born 🌯

Fragrant pork sai oua patty, organic scrambled eggs, cheesy mozzarella, a bit of fried horapa, and refreshing Green Goddess sauce — all wrapped up together perfect for a protein-packed breakfast.

Available now at Sukhumvit 39 & Chidlom branches.

Two days of running “pickle me this” workshop for Beyond The Vines 🥒 Day 1 started with two community rounds and day 2 was dedicated to one special press session with welcome drinks and small bites crafted by BAAN KERD.

⭐️ The stars were ingredients we already pickle in our kitchen: organic cucumber from P’Luang, organic beetroot from P’Chaitip and organic shallot from P’Nid
🌶️ Guests could also personalize their pickle using our partners’ black and white pepper and more. Many guests actually got even more creative and grabbed extra ingredients from the tablescape to add to their pickle jars😍

Our Egg & Bacon Hash is a little personal recipe from Ryoma’s dad reinterpreted by our team.
