This year, we are super happy to have worked with and roasted this special coffee — the first-crop Geisha variety from Doi Pangkon, Chiang Rai.
A huge thanks to for gathering these Geisha cherries from multiple small farmers across Doi Pangkon. Since this is the very first harvest after five years of growth, each farmer produced only a small amount. By collecting from several producers, made it possible for us to showcase the first-ever Pangkon Geisha crop.

The cup is beautifully expressive: white floral aroma, light and silky texture, and a honey-like sweetness with stone-fruit character. The profile is remarkably aligned with classic Geisha qualities. And yet—this is only year one. The potential shown in this debut harvest is exciting and signals a promising new Geisha origin for Thailand.

We’re excited to be at World of Coffee Bangkok 2026, showcasing our specialty Thai coffee collection — the result of our recent work directly with producers, focusing on clean processing and distinctive character in every coffee.
We’ll also be hosting cupping sessions together with Beanspire Coffee, who continues to support Thai coffee farmers in developing and exporting high-quality green coffee to the international specialty market.

Our first Ethiopian drop sold out faster than we expected — so we went back. 🌿

This coffee comes from the Hambela, Benti Nenka village in the Guji Zone, Oromia — grown at elevations of 2,000 to 2,300 metres above sea level. Up here, coffee isn’t just a crop. It’s woven into community life, with most farms running just 1–2 hectares, tended by landowners and their families.

Farmers intercrop coffee alongside food crops — a practice that sustains both the land and the people working it.

☀️ Harvest runs October–December, with cherries handpicked only at peak ripeness. From there, the naturals are sun-dried for 2–4 weeks — turned regularly for even drying — then rested in a cool place before hulling and milling reveal the green beans underneath.
The result is coffee that carries the patience and pride of everyone who touched it.
