Last night, We had the pleasure of presenting “ Sayaka x Terroir " OBANZAI Dinner, a special course featuring traditional Japanese home style OBANZAI cuisine by , paired beautifully with antique Japanese ceramics. The experience brought warmth, elegance, and cultural depth to the evening.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to K' and Somm' for their exceptional wine selections, which elevated the flavors of the meal to new heights.

We sincerely thank 121 for this inspiring collaboration, and to all our guests who joined us. It was truly a memorable night we will cherish.

Alexandre Bain makes one of the most unique Sauvignon Blanc out there for sure.

He is one of the coolest producers too. He follows biodynamic farming, hand-harvesting, and uses ultra-low amount of sulfur (and no other additives). He also has a horse for ploughing the soil.

Pierre Précieuses cuvée is aged for 38 months before release, 18 months in barrel and 20 months in stainless steel and undergoes no bâtonnage during this whole time. The nose is delicate with white flowers and lovely lemon and grapefruit notes. On the palate, the finesse and freshness are striking, whilst having a great consistency and body.
