Flash in a Pan will open its doors for the last time on Sunday 10 January 2016. As a community you've supported me so strongly since we opened 10 months ago and I am so thankful for everyone's kindness. However, I've reached a juncture where I would like to focus on other, less stressful projects.

We'll be having a massive Bagel Blow Out Sunday night where you can all enjoy our food for the last time and thank our staff for all their hard work. May, Am Yo and Nam Yo had been with me from day 1 and ou cannot find a more talented pair of kitchen staff.

We are going to be closed on New Year's Day to allow our staff to celebrate hardcore! Don't worry, there will be Bagels Galore on 2nd January 2016!

It's been a massive first 9 months at Flash In A Pan and none of it would have been possible without the hard work of our staff and the continued support of our customers and local community. Thank you all.

The New Year will being massive changes to The Deli. A new menu, new opening hours and the return of the Bagel Babes (kinda)!!
