“As soon as I arrived in Koh Tao, I stopped by this sweet spot I’ve been following on Instagram for a long time — and I’m so glad I did.

The smoothies are truly amazing — especially the Tropical Tango, which was super refreshing.

The bowls and dishes are both very delicious, well balanced, and filling. By the way, the Energy Bowl absolutely lives up to its name. It’s incredibly tasty, perfectly balanced, and genuinely energizing.

Fresh ingredients, lightness, and satisfaction all in one.

The vibe of the place is lovely — warm, friendly, and enjoyable.

It’s definitely a fantastic spot for anyone who loves vegan and plant-based food.”

Who says healthy has to be bland? 🌱 At VegetaBowl, every bowl is loaded with color, crunch, and flavor that hits just right. Healthy never tasted this good.

We’ve already been here three times. The bowls are unbelievably good and so healthy. I wish the salads and vegetables in Austria tasted even close to as good as they do here 🥹 They also have a large selection of vegan and gluten-free desserts. I think everything about this restaurant is fantastic. For all vegetarians/vegans — or even meat eaters — you have to come here! 😍

“The Teriyaki sushi burrito was probably one of the best things I’ve ever eaten!😍
It was massive, you definitely get your money’s worth here!
The staff is very kind, they let us sit in the restaurant half an hour after closing time and didn’t ask us to leave.
The ambiance is very nice, beautiful side street vibes.”

Our BBQ Pulled Jackfruit Bowl is smoky, saucy, and full of goodness: pulled jackfruit + crumbled tofu smothered in our house-made BBQ sauce, with grilled corn, juicy tomatoes, red cabbage, crisp lettuce, carrots, cucumber, jalapeños, green onions & cilantro. All drizzled with our creamy vegan garlic sauce.

Our Veggie Quesadilla is stuffed with spiced black beans, roasted sweet potato, pumpkin, tomatoes, onions, and corn — all melted together with your choice of vegan or dairy cheese in a golden, crispy tortilla.

Served with our homemade hot sauce on the side, it’s the perfect way to warm up and brighten a gray day.

Who says eating healthy has to be boring? 🌿✨ Our Energy Bowl is bursting with flavor — crispy falafel, sweet potato, pumpkin, tangy cranberries, crunchy sunflower seeds, kale, lettuce, vegan feta, steamed spinach, sunflower sprouts and a drizzle of our homemade balsamic vinaigrette. A colorful, nourishing bowl that proves healthy can be delicious. 💚
