Following various leisure and vacation, the beauty and hospitality of what rightly is called the “land of smiles”, namely Thailand, motivated the start of this business project. The desire to get involved and to test their business skills, led MISTER POLENTA holders, Mr. CANTAMESSA MARCO (italian from the province of Bergamo), and his Thai partner Miss NOK (from Chiang Rai, Thailand) to embark on what is already more than an adventure… It could even define “a difficult but attractive challenge”. It is actually to make local market consumers and the international visitors understanding, appreciating and enjoyning what is a real typical and healthy dish from traditional cuisine of northern Italy: the “Polenta”.
