Behind the Scenes....

The ovens are built, the chimneys are installed, and the insulation blankets are placed. A little touch up inside the domes and we are pretty much done.

We will wait a couple days for the touch ups to cure and then start the fire curing process.

The fire cure will take about a week as we slowly bring the ovens up to full temperature. Then we test bake!!

Big things are cooking at Koh Mak Pizza!

We are moving for next season. (No worries, it is just 25 meters to the east, to the other side of CoCo Bar.)

And that means we need new ovens. But if one oven is good 2 is better, yes?!?!

So here we are stacking the brick for the top.
