When I arrived It was like 12:30 pm I was the only one, getting there isn't hard but who doesn't know will ride or walk pass it, it's like 500 metres off the main road towards the ocean.
I went there because like many times the reviews off this forum.
Super friendly and professional, normally I have to ask for chopsticks but this time they arrived with the food, small detail which I like. The food looked great well presented and more then usual.
Location is awesome, will go there when the sunsets.

Nice restaurant............We have been here for dinner. They have really nice location just beside the pebble beach. The location is really good for sunset, so romantic.
The foods serve in restaurant is really good Thai foods.
You deserve to visit once you are in koh Chang. However is not easy to find, you'd better use google map or call a truck taxi.

“The best Thai food on Koh Chang”

It is not often that we will visit a restaurant twice while on holiday, but Saffron is well worth a second visit. Hidden away from the main strip, it is a quaint and boutique restaurant perched on stilts over looking the pebble beach below.

The service is impeccable, and the food is simply divine. We tucked into delicious Thai fish cakes, fresh Vietnamese spring rolls and squid tempura to start. The best was yet to come with a whole white snapper topped with a tantalising mango salad, which had every taste imaginable in every mouthful! Simply delicious.

It is a shame that we are leaving today and won't get the chance to sample the food here for a while, but the memory will last.
