All of our ‘gelato’ is produce using traditional ‘mantecatori’, small batch freezers with rotating paddles that impart the creamy texture associated with authentic ‘gelato mantecato’. We have removed hydrogenated fats, use quality raw materials from controlled sources, and only natural colours and flavours.
