Zedz ma! ~ Eat me PRVÁ POP-UP REŠTIKA V ČESKO-SLOVENSKU Inšpirovali sme sa Berlínom a priniesli sme do Bratislavy prvú pop-up reštauráciu. zriadená na určitý krátky čas.

Pre tých, ktorí sa s týmto kulinárskym konceptom ešte nestretli, pop-up (alebo partizánska či skrytá) reštaurácia je dočasná reštaurácia – obvykle len na pár dní, t.j. Je to akcia nielen prvotriednej gastronómie, ale vždy zahŕňa umelecký a kultúrny zážitok. Tajná lokácia, profesionálny šéfkuchár, gurmánske menu zostavené zo sezónnych surovín od lokálnych farmárov a výrobcov a uvoľnená atmosféra. Zedz ma!

We got inspired by Berlin and are bringing first pop-up restaurant to Bratislava. For those who have never heard of this culinary concept, pop-up (also called guerilla or secret) is a temporary restaurant – usually for few days only – arranged for a time being. These supper clubs usually offer something more – this is an event not only high-class eating and includes art & cultural experience. Secret location, professional chef, gourmet menu based on seasonal ingredients from local farmers and producers and relaxed ambience. Zedz ma! ~ Eat me!
