🌿 Umenie gastronómie potrebuje ďalšiu generáciu
V Savoy Restaurant a Radisson Blu Carlton Hotel, Bratislava veríme, že budúcnosť hotelierstva a gastronómie vzniká aj cez spoluprácu so školami a mladými ľuďmi, ktorí sa pre tento odbor rozhodli.
Počas roka preto podporujeme študentov na rôznych úrovniach — od spolupráce s Ekonomickou univerzitou v Bratislave, kde sme boli súčasťou iniciatívy Študentská osobnosť cestovného ruchu, až po dlhodobú spoluprácu so strednými odbornými školami.
Študenti k nám prichádzajú aj na odbornú prax, kde získavajú skúsenosti v reálnom hotelovom a reštauračnom prostredí. V našich priestoroch sa zároveň konali aj záverečné skúšky študentov stredných odborných škôl, ktorí sa pripravujú na svoju budúcnosť v gastronómii a hotelierstve.
Teší nás, že môžeme byť miestom, kde sa stretáva prax, talent a nová generácia budúcich čašníkov, kuchárov, šéfkuchárov, prevádzkarov aj hotelových manažérov.

At Savoy Restaurant and Radisson Blu Carlton Hotel, Bratislava, we believe that the future of hospitality and gastronomy is also shaped through cooperation with schools and young people who have chosen this profession.
Throughout the year, we support students at different levels — from cooperation with the University of Economics in Bratislava, where we were part of the Student Personality of Tourism initiative, to long-term cooperation with secondary vocational schools.
Students also come to our hotel for professional training, gaining experience in a real hotel and restaurant environment. Our hotel also hosted final exams for students from secondary vocational schools preparing for their future careers in gastronomy and hospitality.
We are pleased to be a place where practice, talent and the next generation of future waiters, chefs, executive chefs, operations managers and hotel managers come together.
