Pri Guerili sledijo biodinamičnim načelom – grozdje obirajo ročno, vinograde obdelujejo brez herbicidov in sintetičnih pesticidov, v kleti pa prisegajo na čim manj poseganja v vino. Tako pustijo naravi in Vipavski dolini, da povesta svojo zgodbo. 🌿🍷

Včeraj smo del te zgodbe spoznali tudi na Klepetu z vinarjem v Vinoteki Hotela Piran.
