The best way to catch the Christmas spirit is to create it for others. And it’s true.

For 10 days, we baked Christmas cakes for our guests, treated everyone who came to the restaurant, carefully wrapped them in kraft paper, tied bows as best we could, and gifted them to our most loyal guests — those who have been with us from the very beginning — our “ambassadors,” our best suppliers, and simply those who helped us so much throughout this year.

What a wonderful time it is, full of smiles and words of gratitude.
