One Sushi 一口寿司 was established in 2018 by a team of passionate Singaporeans, committed to delivering the perfect Japanese dining experience with a touch of modernity. Implementing a conveyor belt structure, we offer a wide array of sushi dishes catering to the masses at a bargain, topping it off with our automated car system that delivers piping hot dishes right when you start to salivate. Premium priced items such as Chirashi and Assorted Sashimi Platters all made upon order to ensure maximum freshness, and served to you by our professionally trained crew. Being a homegrown brand and helmed by a dedicated team, we work towards a vision of ‘by locals, for locals’ to tune our dishes befitting of our customers’ tastebuds, differentiating ourselves from franchises and bolster our place into the hearts of consumers. Indulge in your cravings right here at One Sushi 一口寿司, where an ambrosial spread of mouth-watering dishes await.

Dear cherished patrons,

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of One Sushi. We want to express our deepest gratitude for your unwavering support and loyalty throughout this incredible journey. Unfortunately, the challenges of maintaining our high operating costs have become insurmountable, and we had to make the difficult decision to cease operations.

We are truly humbled by the memories shared with each of you. Thank you for being an essential part of our One Sushi family. Your patronage and enthusiasm have meant everything to us.

Please do continue to show your support to our sister restaurants - I'm Kim Korean BBQ, I'm Kim Korean BBQ & Shabu Shabu, Captain Kim Korean BBQ & Hotpot - Halal and GoroGoro Steamboat & Korean Buffet. Thank you once again!

With heartfelt appreciation,
The One Sushi Team
