AmRaj Graceful Cuisine opened its doors for business in 1995 at Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2, serving Indian Cuisine staples such as Roti Prata, Mee Goreng and Nasi Briyani to its loyal clientele. After moving out of the then location, we opened a 24 hrs Indian Fishhead Curry restaurant in Upper Serangoon Road in 1997. Together with its catering arm, Kingsway Caterers, it continued serving its customers, its traditional cuisine. Today, its second generation has relocated AmRaj Graceful Cuisine to the busy A'Posh Biz Hub at 1 Yishun Industrial Road where we aspire to "Tantalize Your Tastebuds" as we have over the last 20 years. AmRaj Graceful Cuisine is a family-run business with Head Chef, Esther Amutha, who specializes in a large variety of Asian Cuisine and second generation'er Lydia Tirzah who is the enterprise's Director of Operations.
