Our Classic Yu Sheng takes inspiration from the old-school Cantonese raw fish dish made famous in the four heavenly king era of dining in Singapore. Clean, elegant slices of hamachi sashimi dressed in a light ginger and finished with calamansi. Old-school refined and the perfect start to an Enjoyable meal.
