‘Gang Kiew Wan’ is the original name of the dish, which is now commonly known as Thai Green Curry.

It is a rich green colour, spicy, aromatic, sweet and savoury flavoured dish that travelled from the central part of Thailand and served at our restaurant with steamy jasmine steamed rice.
