we shared sleepless nights with the kind folks from creating homely recipes from their channel to our table. too many tastings to count, a few heated debates, and a few dishes that made the whole team go quiet mid-bite.

rice. is coming to GastroBeats for the very first time, and we're packing the table. Some of the dishes you know and love are making the journey with us, ready to feed you under the open sky.

But because this is our first time showing up, we wanted to bring a little housewarming gift. Think nachos but make it rice…. then top it with slow-cooked short ribs and secret sauce.
