It’s been a while since I’ve had a steak that truly impressed me. I’d heard about this new Stags Head Steakhouse a number of times and finally made my way there.

Superb from start to finish.

We started with the Crab Thermidor — packed with chunky, sweet crab meat beneath a rich, golden cheesy crust.

The star of the show, of course, was the steak. Perfectly grilled over charcoal and applewood, with a tender and juicy centre, and deep beefy flavour in every bite. Even the sides were memorable — the Yorkshire pudding was light and airy, while the fries were crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

This has easily become my go-to steakhouse in Singapore 😋 食得好開心！
