A Heartfelt Goodbye from Us
After nine incredible years, we will be closing our doors this August. While we don’t have an exact date yet, we know the time is near. Like so many small F&B businesses, we’ve been at the mercy of circumstances beyond our control, but what we could control was the love and care we put into every dish and every interaction.
To our amazing customers: THANK YOU. Your unwavering support through busy lunches, challenging times, and even a pandemic meant the world to us. Your smiles, stories, and loyalty made this journey an unforgettable one.
A special thanks to Mandy and every dedicated team member who poured their heart into Chalong over the years. Mandy, especially, has been our rock. Regulars know how effortlessly she handles the lunch rush with speed, grace, and a smile. We couldn’t have done it without her.
As we prepare to say goodbye, our hearts are full of gratitude for you, for the memories, and for the journey. If you can, we’d love to see you one last time for a final rice bowl.
