We have paid high attention to the recent online discussions about the incident of โ€œcustomers dining and dashing, with employees covering the costโ€. We would like to clarify that the customer did not intentionally leave without paying,they were in a rush to catch a flight and forgot to settle the bill.

At present, this issue has been properly handled. We have successfully contacted the relevant customers, and the employeeโ€™s previously covered expenses have been fully reimbursed.

We deeply understand that the stable operation of our restaurant depends on the hard work of every employee. Upholding our consistent philosophy of caring for and understanding employees, we are committed to creating a good working environment for all employees, so as to provide you, our valued customers, with a better dining experience.
