With a heavy heart, our last day will be on 26th January 2022.
I remember the day we officially start our korean food eatery in Feb 2015 we were adamant about serving quality food. All sauces are made in the shop, no artificial preservatives, no M.S.G. AT ALL in our shop. (unless you order luncheon meat 😅). We make Kimchi from scratch, bulgogi sauces from scratch.. Our signature soy garlic sauce is made from scratch too. Tedious? Yes. Worth it? Yes when customers like our food, especially the kiddos! I love seeing kiddos licking the chicken wings sauce off their little fingers.
Of course some don't like our food 😅but yea.. this is fnb business..
Over the years, we plan to expand, however Covid hit in 2020. Our main issue we're facing now is worker issue.. it has been really difficult to hire staffs during this period. Over the years I have also started a family and am not able to run the business (cooking in the shop like what I used to do in our early days) without staffs helping.
I don't know if we will make a comeback, so friends, I do hope to see you one last time before we close for good on the 26th of January.
This is my first "baby" and am really heartbroken 💔 that we have reach the end of our journey.
Thank you to all our regulars, who have been so so patient with us, and who have been supporting us, you know who you are!
I do secretly hope when things are better, when there is no more virus and restrictions, with the borders open, we can make a comeback with a bang.
