A Taste of Hokkaido, Served the Tenjin Way.

This November, discover Tenjin’s Hokkaido Tonkatsu Festival Set, featuring ZEN-NOH Japanese pork, known for its tender texture, natural sweetness and well-balanced proportion of lean meat and fat. Coated in a golden, crispy crust, each cut delivers a juicy, flavourful bite.

Choose from two sets:
🍤 Set A, served with tenderloin katsu and ebi katsu
🐖 Set B, served with loin katsu

Both are available at $21.80++ per set.

This is what happens when our customers cancel their orders. 😭

First, we unassemble the Inaniwa Udon Set.

Next, we pour the mentsuyu and tentsuyu back.

Then, we unblanch the udon noodles. 🍜

Lastly, we remove the crispy batter from the snow crab leg, anago, 2 prawns, kisu fish, 4 kinds of vegetables and ohba leaf tempura, and unfry everything. 🍤

Just kidding. But don’t make us unfry it.
