Here’s an interesting fact: Xuan Miao Vegan is the first stall in Singapore to sell Vegetarian Mee Hoon Kuey. Originally situated in Jalan Bersah in 2011, Xuan Miao Vegan has since been relocated to Circuit Road. Over a short span of three years, other vegetarian stalls have joined at the food centre to cater to the growing vegetarian community in the locale. Operated by the husband and wife team, the store initially began with the intention to spread the love for Mee Hoon Kuey in the vegetarian community.

前幾天逛街的時候被我不小心發現了這個新加坡的隱藏美食！這間素食檔口是在巴耶利峇PLQ mall 4樓美食街裡面的美食！要走到最裡面才看得到！我覺得他們的麵食很好吃！這間素食店的名字叫“炫妙”料又給的比一般素食店多.....
