🥐 Croissant dough meets waffle iron, and the whole room turns golden.

Our croffles live station is a small, fragrant kind of magic. Croissant pressed in a waffle iron until the layers crisp, then topped with ham and a handful of cheese that gets flambéed live right in front of you. 🔥

First bite is crusty and nutty on the outside, soft and fluffy in the middle. The kind of thing guests queue up twice for.

🧇 Hot waffles, made fresh, one by one.

Our traditional waffle live station is one of the easiest crowd-pleasers we serve. Golden, crisp on the edges, soft in the middle, with four spreads to pick from: velvety chocolate, crunchy peanut, traditional kaya butter, and classic butter sugar. 🔥

Corporate lunch, wedding, community event, school carnival. This station never has a quiet moment.

Three stations. One wedding. SAF Yacht Club on the water. 🌊

Bubble tea with three flavours and toppings guests pick themselves. Pani puri that disappears in one bite and gets everyone talking. Soft-serve ice cream with a full toppings bar that nobody visits just once. Everything halal certified, everything made fresh on the spot. 🧋🍦

The couple didn't have to worry about a thing. We set up, we served, we cleaned up. They just enjoyed their day. ✨

The pearls go in first. Then shovel a refreshing pile of ice. Then the tea pours over and the colours settle.

And suddenly everyone's standing around comparing what they got. 🧋

Classic milk tea, iced tea, peach green tea.

Three toppings: pearls, strawberry pops, aloe vera. 300 servings at this wedding and every single cup was different because every guest made it their own. ✨

Between the solemnisation and the speeches, this is the station that gave guests something to do, something to hold, something to talk about.

The formalities are done. The speeches are over. The mood is loose.

And then someone hands you a chocolate soft-serve with Oreo bits and caramel sauce. 🍦✨

That's how you close out a wedding.

Five toppings: crushed nuts, sprinkles, marshmallows, Oreo bits, and chocolate or caramel drizzle. 300 servings and not a single slow moment at the station. Nobody ever picks just one topping. 🍫

This is the one that sends guests home happy.

This is the station that made everyone stop and say "wait, what is that?"

👀 Crispy shells cracked open, masala potato spooned in, crispy bits and fresh onion on top. One bite and it's gone.

One bite and they're back in line for another. 100 bowls at this wedding and they went fast. 🔥The best part wasn't the food.

It was watching people who didn't know each other standing side by side, trying pani puri for the first time, and laughing about it.
